RapidPrint Date Stamp Repair and Service
Our service/repair rate is $65.00 an hour for on-site and shipped repairs
Additional driving charges apply for on-site service and repair with a $10 minimum (See city rate below).
Shipping charges will be added to any shipped date stamp to be repaired. Most date stamp repair and service is completed within one hour.
Parts are additional and the customer will be contacted with a quote before any part, other than ribbons, are replaced.
RapidPrint ribbons are replaced for free for onsite and shipped RapidPrint repair.
Shipping Based Service:
Service is also provided by shipping your date stamp to us. Turn-around time is typically done within 48 hours. The customer
will be notified if longer periods are required.

Free Service Estimates and Quotes:
Date stamps can be shipped to us for free repair estimates. Once we receive the equipment we will respond within one business day
with the estimated cost to repair your machine. Should you decide not to have the work done, we'll pay for the shipping back to you.
You are also welcome to call or e-mail us for general estimates.
RapidPrint Service Contracts:
Service contracts for most date stamps are available and vary depending upon location, age of date stamp and history.
Date Stamp Machines that were under a "Preventive Maintenance Agreement" with Capitol Time/Cincinnati Time can start up a
service contract at a reduced amount. Call for details.

National Date Stamp offers on-site service to most locations within ninety miles of our office located in Sacramento California.
